In 2023 and 2024, the very first Uncanny live show UNCANNY: I KNOW WHAT I SAW was created and toured the full width and breadth of the country.
It played to over 50,000 people in 51 different towns and cities, from Inverness to Southampton, from Dublin to Norwich.
UNCANNY: I KNOW WHAT I SAW featured two brand new stories: the case of the POST-IT NOTE POLTERGEIST featuring Matthew and Lisa from Strood in Kent and the cast of AUNTY PAM featuring Del from Swansea in Wales.

Danny Robins
Danny Robins is an award-winning writer and journalist. He is the creator and host of the smash hit BBC podcasts, Uncanny, The Battersea Poltergeist and The Witch Farm which have gripped millions of listeners across all platforms and proven a hit with both sceptics and believers alike.
Danny is also the creator and host of the TV adaptation of Uncanny, and the West End phenomenon play 2:22 – A Ghost Story, which has now played to over 1 million people in 17 countries across 5 continents. It was nominated for 3 Olivier Awards and won Best New Play at the WhatsOnStage Awards.
Danny has been hailed as “the UK’s go-to ghost guy” (Evening Standard), a “modern day successor to Dickens” (Times Literary Supplement), “a latter day Alfred Hitchcock” (Radio Times) and “the king of true-life scary tales” (The Observer).
His book Into the Uncanny was an Audible Top Ten bestseller and was published in paperback in September 2024. His live UK and Ireland tour Uncanny: I Know What I Saw played to over 52,000 people in 2023-24 across an incredible 76 dates.
Danny won Best Presenter at the 2022 Audio Production Awards.
Danny has created and written various shows for TV and audio across his career, including the Bafta-nominated hit kids series Young Dracula and Radio 4’s The Cold Swedish Winter and Rudy’s Rare Records, with Lenny Henry. He also presented the podcast series Haunted.
